Holiday Club - Easter 2012

Children will be grouped according to age and will take part in a variety of activities under the supervision of our qualified staff. All activities are great fun and may include art and crafts, outdoor and indoor games, painting, water slide, cooking, bouncy castle, exploration, daily swimming, woodland adventures and sports.
 

Dates: 26th to 30th March

             2nd to 5th April

             10th to 13th April

Age: 3 years – 12 years

Time: 8am – 3.30pm

 

The Price

£25 per day.
Early bird discount – we are pleased to offer the discounted price of £22 a day for all bookings received before 23rd March 2012
 

The Day

The children can be dropped off from 8am onwards and activities will start shortly after 9am.  The activities finish at 3.30pm.  
 

Food and Clothes

Children should bring a snack for break and a picnic for lunch. Please send your child with plenty to drink too.
Please make sure children also bring wellies and over-trousers. 
 

Swimming 

Please note all children will be swimming daily. Please make sure that they bring swimming costumes, towels & goggles, as well as swimming hats for girls. Please ensure that your child also brings arm-bands/floats if they cannot swim as they may be unable to stand up in the shallow end.  NB. If your child cannot swim please make all staff aware of this.

How to book

Please complete the relevant booking forms (available on this website) and send them with a cheque made payable to Abberley Hall Ltd to Mrs. Emma Green, Holiday Clubs, Abberley Hall, Worcester, WR6 6DD.

Pre-prep parents can hand in the forms to Mrs. Emma Green.

Please ensure forms and payment are complete before the day on which your child attends begins as staff will be occupied with activities on the day.

Unless you hear to the contrary, your child has been accepted on the course.  We will only contact you if there is a problem with the booking.
