U13A v Beaudesert
Despite two good training sessions this week the girls went back into their shells in the match today. There were many positive moments and teamwork has definitely improved but there are still times when we are not supporting each other but perhaps this was due to fitness after the half term break. We were a little hesitant and did not manage to get into good strong positions in defence so the final score was very one sided. Isabella worked hard in defence and in midfield and she was rewarded with a goal in the second half. Charlée and Julia made good runs up the wing and got themselves into good attacking positions. Rachel’s fitness is improving and she worked very well with Poppy. Arabella showed good versatility coming on in different positions. Imogen played both in defence and attack and set up Isabella’s goal. Evelyn kept her chin up in goal despite the onslaught and she grew in confidence during the second half.
